Television personality Bessie Tsionis has Hollywood covered - from working the red carpet to scoring sit-down interviews with the biggest stars in the business including George Clooney, Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Sandra Bullock and many more. She is also a fashionista with her eyes and ears on the world of rock and roll, able to keep everyone up to date with the latest fashion trends and music scene.

Bessie is currently hosting CN100's 'Prime Time Chicago', delivering the hottest and most exclusive entertainment coverage in the Windy City. In November 2009, she received a Chicago/Midwest Emmy Award for her hosting duties. She is also a contributing reporter for NBC's lifestyle show 'LXTV 1st Look'.

Prior to that, Bessie worked at CN8-The Comcast Network, helping launch and develop the entertainment news program, 'Backstage'. In 2006, she earned a New England Emmy Award for her work on that show. She also hosted various programs and special projects at the network spanning entertainment, technology and marketing. In 2007, Bessie and co-host Todd Newton put their extensive television talent to work by hosting 'Celebrate 08', a live, four hour, New Year's Eve extravaganza originating from Universal Orlando Resort.

Before joining CN8, Bessie was a segment producer for 'E! True Hollywood Story' at E! Entertainment Television in Los Angeles. While at E!, she worked on a variety of shows including 'Mysteries & Scandals' and 'Coming Attractions'. Bessie also worked behind the scenes at CNN in Los Angeles and WHDH-TV in Boston.

A Boston native, Bessie received a Bachelor of Science degree from Emerson College in Broadcast Journalism. Along with her two Emmy Award statuettes and eight Emmy nominations, she is also very proud of winning five Telly Awards.
